Where Baking and Design Come Together... 

Kakes by Karen, established in 2004, was started by Karen M. Vazquez with the help of her husband, Ricardo, and their family. The company is located off Old 41 inside North Collier Industrial Park in North Naples, FL. 

"We pride ourselves in making hand elaborated, custom-made cakes that are never frozen nor refrigerated, providing our customers a promise of freshness." 

We specialize in baking and designing cakes for every special occasion that are decorated in high quality, glycerin free, delicious rolled fondant.   

Each cake is designed separately, working with the client, using only fresh ingredients to ensure quality.  Some of our designs have been influenced and inspired by techniques learned from international chefs, as well as various judges and Food Network Cake Challenge winners.  Both traditional and contemporary techniques are used to accomplish your dream cake.
